Joyce Rudinsky

Joyce Rudinsky is a new media artist and Associate Professor at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Her work is a critical exploration of contemporary culture and the production of theself. She creates both real and virtual interactive, immersive environments to explore how technology challenges the way we think about ourselves, our bodies, other people, and society. She is the Domain Scientist for Arts and Humanities at the Renaissance Computing Institute and the Associate Director for Digital Arts and Humanities at the Institute for the Arts and Humanities. She serves on the steering committee for HASTAC.
